To the maximum extent permissible at law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms howsoever arising in contract, negligence or otherwise, is limited to £250.

If defective digital content that we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.

REFUND POLICY

Should you decide to purchase a non-custom physical product from this site then you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of purchase. If you change your mind about purchasing you are entitled to a refund for the 14 days following receipt of the purchase. 

Should you purchase a custom product then as that product will be made to order you will not have the benefit of a 14-day refund window. Therefore, please check your order carefully before completing the purchase.

If you make an electronic purchase then you will be sent a link for a direct download.  At the point of purchase, you will be asked to confirm your express consent to receiving the download immediately. In agreeing to receive the download at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund.

Statutory refund rights in respect of defective products apply. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.

Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which I provide services to you, as purchaser of the “Sew an Imogen Pocket with hamblemouse” course. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.

Sew an Imogen Pocket with hamblemouse is a self-study course which aims to help you sew your own tie-on pocket.

Course Specifics

Following successful purchase of the bundle you will receive access to tutorial videos, bonus videos, a downloadable pdf containing the pattern and instructions, and an option to sign up for live online Q&A sessions with me.You will then have the opportunity to work through the course material in your own time.It is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results. Failure to complete the self-study materials will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results.It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught in the course to your personal circumstances both during the course and afterwards. Each individual is unique and their starting position and commitment to the course is unique to them. Please be aware that the course is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.

The aim for this course is that you should be able to access the course material with ease. Should you require any technical support in respect of your PDF download or accessing the pre-recorded videos then I am happy to help you to get up and running. Refunds and Cancellation

As you are purchasing digital content which includes data which is produced and supplied in digital form you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances. In purchasing the course you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.

You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with me, hamblemouse. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted.
